Who is SPEICK Natural Cosmetics?

Speick Natural Cosmetics is a German family-owned company specialized in the production of speick-based natural cosmetics. For over 90 years now, Speick has been taking care of its clients by handling the entire production process first-hand; from product development, to the packaging and delivery.

Why SPEICK contacted RINOVA?

SPEICK contacted RINOVA to purchase an intermittent motion cartoner. The refurbished machine needed to carton alluminium, PET and plastic tubes for cartoning shaving creams and after-shave products.

What did RINOVA do?

Rinova has selected the cartoner that best suits the customer’s needs in terms of price and performance.

The customer immediately found the RINOVA proposal corresponding to their expectations and needs.

Once the details of the order had been defined, the RINOVA technicians began disassembling the machine, reconditioning the units and replacing all worn parts. The whole machine has been completely repainted and expertly reassembled by RINOVA’s specialized technicians.

A new electrical panel was installed on the machine and consequent rewiring of the whole machine and power supply units. A modern plc was installed, the computer specializing in machine process control, and a Siemens touchscreen display for command input was added.

All the casings and safety devices of the machine have been updated, with consequent CE recertification, all the manuals relating to the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic documentation have been provided in addition to all the format cards.
