RINOVA, with the refurbished MA 155, satisfied the needs of the PRORASO customer

Who is PRORASO Natural Cosmetics?

Why PRORASO contacted RINOVA?

PRORASO contacted RINOVA to purchase a Marchesini Group MA 155, a continuous motion cartoner, because of the necessity to extend an existing production line.
The refurbished machine needed to operate alongside another Marchesini MA 155, already owned by the client, to carton aluminum tubes of shaving creams.

What did RINOVA do?

Rinova has selected the cartoner that best suits the customer’s needs in terms of price and performance.

The customer immediately found the RINOVA proposal corresponding to their expectations and needs.

Once the details of the order had been defined, the RINOVA technicians began disassembling the machine, reconditioning the units, and replacing all worn parts. The whole machine has been completely repainted and expertly reassembled by RINOVA’s specialized technicians.

A new electrical panel was installed on the machine and consequent rewiring of the whole machine and power supply units. A modern plc was installed, the computer specializing in machine process control, and a Siemens touchscreen display for command input was added.

All the casings and safety devices of the machine have been updated, with consequent CE recertification, all the manuals relating to the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic documentation have been provided in addition to all the format cards.

At the end of the refurbishment and re-certification RINOVA was able to deliver a “twin machine” which could carton the required format and was ready to be installed in the PRORASO production plant.
