Who is Lütticke?

In addition to the well-known foot care products, they also develop and manufacture cosmetic products for men and women, nail, hand and body care products and much more for the cosmetics industry.

Why Lütticke contacted RINOVA?

Lütticke contacted RINOVA for the purchase of a cartoning machine suitable for packaging jars containing creams, which was at a good price and had high performance.

What did RINOVA do?

Rinova, among the various models of cartoning machines in its possession, has selected an intermittent motion cartoning machine capable of cartoning jars and that was suitable for the needs requested by the customer, both in terms of price and performance. The customer immediately found the RINOVA proposal corresponding to their expectations and needs.

The machine has been expertly disassembled in all its parts, all worn and obsolete components have been replaced, and it has been completely refurbished. A new electrical panel was installed on the machine, a new feeding group with a consequent new rewiring of the whole machine.

A modern PLC was installed, the computer specializing in machine process control, and a Siemens touchscreen display for command input was added. All the casings and safety devices of the machine have been updated, with consequent CE recertification and all the manuals relating to the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic documentation have been provided in addition to all the format cards.

At the end of the works, RINOVA delivered a Marchesini BA 100 capable of cartoning the required format and ready to enter Lütticke production.
