RINOVA, with the refurbished BA 100, satisfied the needs of the Signorini Medicale customer

Who is Signorini?

Signorini Medicale deals with the development and production of medical devices in spray cans, bottle, vial or syringe. The experience of 30 years in the aerosol can respond in a professional and timely manner to the demand for new products in the medical sector. A family business founded in 1986, they work in the medical field providing all the experience acquired with regard to mixtures, dispersions, emulsions, etc. The company specialises in product development from client ideas and specifications.

Why SIGNORINI MEDICALE contacted RINOVA?

SIGNORINI MEDICALE contacted RINOVA for the purchase of a cartoning machine, suitable for packaging in two different formats of pre-packaged trays containing hyaluronic acid syringes. The machine had to be attractively priced and high-performing.

What did RINOVA do?

Rinova, among the various models of available cartoning machines, has selected an Intermittent motion horizontal cartoner BA 100 with manual loading which was be able to run the required formats by the customer and tailored to his needs both in terms of price, performance and available space at the customer premises where he would have placed the machine. The customer immediately found the Rinova proposal corresponding to their needs and requirements.

Once the details of the order have been defined, the machine was expertly disassembled in all its parts, replacing all the worn and obsolete components. Therefore, the machine was completely reconditioned, repainted, and reassembled by Rinova’s specialized technicians. A new electrical panel was installed on the machine and with a consequent new rewiring of the whole machine.

It was installed a modern PLC, (the computer in the machine’s aimed to a process control) and fitted a Siemens touchscreen display as HMI for command input. All the protection guards and safety devices of the machine have been replaced with updated ones, with consequent CE recertification, all the manuals relating to mechanics, documentation, electrical and pneumatics have been provided in addition to all the format change over sheet.

At the end of the works, Rinova delivered a BA 100 able to run the two required formats and ready to enter the production of Signorini Medicale.
